Increased Security
This picture is of a vehicle tinted by Mirage Of Kent with regular tint some time ago. The customer returned asking us to tint a new piece of glass as his car had been attacked overnight.

The red circles indicate where the thief attempted to gain access using various methods, finally making a hole in the window after 4 attempts. An un-tinted window would have shattered away completely after the initial bolow to the centre of the window. The theif eventually left empty handed.

Window tint will not stop a theif gaining access, it will first of all make it harder for them to see in the car at night and secondly increase the time it takes to access the vehicle and therefore the chances of them being detected.
